The White House recently released a Housing Development Toolkit developed to assist states and localities in updating their archaic zoning rules to increase development of affordable housing.

The toolkit highlights ten actions that can be taken by states and local jurisdictions to promote healthy, responsive, high-opportunity housing markets.
