CARH’S BROADCAST E-MAIL – Regulatory Update

Rural Development (RD) has developed a Customer Satisfaction Survey to be taken by Lenders and Borrowers who are participating in the Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program. The survey is designed to gauge the level of satisfaction when conducting business with RD Headquarters, State Office and Field Office personnel. Participation in the survey is voluntary and all submissions are anonymous.

We encourage CARH members who participate in the Section 538 program to take a few minutes and complete the survey. The feedback from the survey should provide necessary information to RD on tools that may be needed to provide better service in the future.

There are two surveys, one for Borrowers and one for Lenders. Please take the appropriate survey based on your role in the program. The survey is being conducted via Survey Monkey.

The survey should be completed by September 28, 2018.
