CARH’S BROADCAST E-MAIL – Regulatory Update

As you may recall from CARH’s December 18, 2018 Broadcast Email, the Rural Housing Service (RHS) published a long-awaited Proposed Rule that would eliminate the requirement for the annual publication of a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). CARH is happy to report that the Final Rule eliminating the NOFA requirement was published in today’s Federal Register.

CARH long advocated for this change and we appreciate RHS working with stakeholders to achieve this important and useful administrative efficiency.
