Rescheduled House Financial Services Hearing on Assessing the Federal Response to the Affordable Housing Crisis in Rural America

On Tuesday, April 2, the Housing, Community Development, and Insurance Subcommittee of the House Financial Services Committee will hold a hearing entitled, “The Affordable Housing Crisis in Rural America: Assessing the Federal Response.” The hearing is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., EST and can be streamed live here. (This hearing was originally scheduled for February 14, however was rescheduled due to the funeral services of Representative Walter Jones (R-NC).)

CARH has been asked to testify at this hearing. Tanya Eastwood, President and CEO of Greystone Affordable Development and CARH’s current Chairman of the Board will be appearing on behalf of CARH and our members.
