CARH’S BROADCAST E-MAIL – Regulatory Update

Yesterday, the Rural Housing Service hosted a webinar on the Preliminary Transfer Assessment Template, or “PAT.” The PAT is the tool that owners and the agency should use to determine if a transfer of a property or transfer of multiple properties meets the financial and policy criteria of RHS for such transfers.

If you were unable to participate in the webinar, RHS has shared with CARH the recording made of the webinar, as well as the PowerPoint used during the webinar. Both are available to CARH members on our website, www.carh.org. You must log on with your username and password, select the “Members Only” menu option, then the “Preliminary Assessment Tool” menu option. In addition to the information on the webinar, you’ll find in the “Members Only” section, a link to Version 4.0 of PAT. In the very near future, additional resources regarding PAT will be available on this portion of CARH’s website.
