  ***Please note that the Legislative Chart in the CARH News will be updated on the CARH website as soon as the CR-omnibus that is currently being debated in Congress is passed. Unfortunately, there are some issues that could delay passage of the legislation. CARH will send a broadcast email to members once issues that are unrelated to funding for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or Rural Development’s housing programs are resolved. In addition, the Senate still needs to act on the “tax extenders” legislation prior to adjourning for the year.
