USDA’s Rural Development (RD), which administers the programs of the Rural Housing Service, published the following Notice of Solicitation of Applications (NOSA) today in the Federal Register.
- Notice of Solicitation of Applications for Loan Guarantees Under the Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program for Fiscal Year 2018
The Rural Housing Service (RHS or Agency), an agency within Rural Development, announces that it is soliciting competitive lender submissions (responses) regarding proposed projects for the Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program (GRRHP). The amount of program dollars available for the GRRHP will be determined by the Appropriations Act for each fiscal year that this Notice is open. Eligible responses to this Notice will be accepted until December 31, 2021, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Click here to review the full Notice.
