On August 15^th, CARH notified its members that HUD had published Notice in the Federal Register requesting comments on theProposed Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program Fiscal Year 2015. After publication, HUD noted that the Schedule B Addendum, which addresses small area FMRs, did not include small area FMRs for Dallas, Texas. Therefore, HUD published a Notice in the Federal Register today that provides the corrected Schedule B Addendum. Click here for a copy of the new notice with the corrected addendum.  No other changes are made by today’s notice.

Public comments are due September 15, 2014.  Final FMRs for FY 2015 will become effective October 1, 2014.
