CARH, together with a total of 528 trade associations, nonprofits and coalitions, signed a letter to both the House and Senate urging Members to take up tax extenders legislation during the lame-duck session. A similar letter from the ACTION Campaign of which CARH is on the steering committee was also sent with emphasis on the 9 percent and 4 percent fixed rate for Housing Credit program.
