Duty to Serve Advisory Council

The following CARH representatives have been asked to sit on Fannie Mae’s Duty to Serve Advisory Council:

• Tanya Eastwood, CARH President and President/CEO of Greystone Affordable Development
• Russell Kaney, CARH Board Member and Senior Development Officer for Native American and Rural Investments with Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.

Duty to Serve Webpage Updated with Interactive Map

The Federal Housing Finance Agency’s Duty to Serve Program page has been recently updated to make it easier for stakeholders to find the latest information about the Program, including a new, interactive high needs county map. This map identifies high opportunity areas of focus for the Enterprises’ Duty to Serve plans including counties with colonias and persistent poverty, as well as the lower Mississippi Delta and middle Appalachia. FHFA intends to update this File every three years, when the Enterprises develop new Underserved Markets Plans.
