*Basic and Basic Plus CARH Members include developers, management companies, owners, syndicators with property ownership, and nonprofits that develop, manage, or own rural housing.

Associate and Associate Plus CARH Members include accountants, architects, attorneys, computer and software vendors, equity financiers, lenders, syndicators, market analysts, site inspection services, and other companies that provide services to the rural housing industry.

Advisory Trustee members may include companies from all membership levels.

Membership Add-Ons

Property Training & Education Fees 
Thanks to CARH’s urging, in 1999, the then Rural Housing Services released an Administrative Notice that permits properties to pay a training and education fee and thus, employees of these properties can take advantage of our important professional development and education tools.  Through CARH membership, property employees received an exclusive newsletter, Insights for Onsites, they also receive discounted rates for the many training courses available through CARH and its members and become eligible for CARH’s education designations. This training & education fee also enables properties to take advantage of the Preferred Buyer Programs which provide substantial discounts for products and services purchased from these suppliers to the industry.

AN Express Subscription
$275 Electronic AN Express Subscription

The AN Express, CARH’s subscription-based publication, contains key Federal Register excerpts from Rural Development, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service, and other agencies which impact the industry. It also includes Rural Development Administrative Notices, procedure manual changes, data sets, such as the Income Limits, and Difficult Development Areas.  The AN Express is delivered via e-mail the day information is released. This monthly subscription publication service is available exclusively to CARH members for an annual fee of $275.
