POSTPONED:  House Financial Services Hearing on Assessing the Federal Response to the Affordable Housing Crisis in Rural America

CARH BROADCAST EMAIL—Legislative Alert

February 13, 2019

Due to funeral services for Representative Walter Jones (R-NC) who died earlier this week, the House Housing, Community Development, and Insurance Subcommittee of the House Financial Services Committee has postponed the February 14th hearing entitled, “The Affordable Housing Crisis in Rural America: Assessing the Federal Response.”

Tanya Eastwood, President of Greystone Affordable Development and CARH’s Chairman of the Board, was scheduled to testify at the hearing on behalf of CARH. The hearing will be rescheduled for a date in early March. Once the date has been set, we will send out a broadcast email that will again contain information on how CARH members can watch the hearing.
