Did you ever wish there was an easier way to hear about newly released Federal Register notices, Unnumbered Letters (ULs), Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) or other regulatory updates as soon as they are published? Well there is! By subscribing to CARH’s Electronic AN Express, you can be sure to stay on top of important regulations right as they occur.
The Electronic AN Express contains key Federal Register excerpts from Rural Development (RD), the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Internal Revenue Service, and other federal agencies that impact the affordable housing industry. The Electronic AN Express also includes RD Administrative Notices, procedure manual changes, and data sets such as the Income Limits and Difficult Development Areas. This e-mail subscription service is available exclusively to CARH members for an annual fee of $255.
CARH members now have the opportunity to receive a free trial of the Electronic AN Express until Friday, August 7, 2015. If you would like to sign up for the free trial please email carh@carh.org. Once the email is received, you will receive every copy of the Electronic AN Express that is published for the next month. Once the trial period ends, CARH will send you an invoice, including a $25 dollar discount, on your first year’s annual subscription! Just mail in your payment to continue receiving these timely documents!
